There are 3 stages when buying tickets for Aespia - make sure you check them out!

1) Buy your Festival Ticket

This is pretty straight forward - it's your 24hr festival wristband!

You must be over 18 years old to come to Aespia. Please bring valid photographic ID to prove your age.

​

We welcome all humans to join us; we want to make art more accessible, and more appealing, to a wider audience. The only 'rules' we have are:

​

  • Respect the glorious woodland;

  • Respect the artwork;

  • Respect the people around you.

​

It's simple - be nice ♥

2) Choose your travel

There are 2 ways you can get to the secret woods; both options are return journeys and the timings (below) apply to the way there and the way back to keep it nice and simple.

OPTION 1 // RETURN SHUTTLE BUS // £15

Drive to Gadebridge Park (Hemel Hempstead); drop off your car; jump on the shuttle bus and get dropped off in the secret woods. Journey time is approximately 20 minutes. The shuttle bus will be driving back and forth between the park and the woods between the times (below). You must arrive within this time period or you'll miss the shuttle bus!

  • Saturday 19th August 2017 // 10:45 - 14:45

  • Sunday 20th August 2017 // 09:45 - 13:45
     

OPTION 2 // RETURN COACH // £22

Get picked up from Watford Junction and dropped off in the secret woods. Journey time is approximately 1 hour. You must arrive 30 minutes before your departure time - if you miss your bus there may not be space on the next one!

3) Choose your accommodation

Bring Your Own Tent! If you're bringing your own camping equipment then it's simple - choose this free option.​

OPTION 2 // LUXURY BELL TENT // from £37.50pp

For those who want to upgrade their camping experience to something truly special, we have a limited amount of Luxury Bell Tents available; all fully furnished, with cosy additions; all ready for your arrival. Inside, you'll find raised camp beds, lanterns, rug and cushions. You just need to bring your own sleeping bag. Check out the sizes and prices below:

The above prices are based on popular group numbers. Please feel free to bring along any number of guests, as long as you don't exceed the maximum number per tent!
